The airline industry operates in a high-velocity environment where a single disruption triggers a global 'butterfly effect.' For a global carrier, legacy systems—fragmented across Flight Planning, Crew Management, and Engineering—force operations managers to make reactive decisions.
In this project, I designed an Agentic Cockpit that transitions Operations Control Centers (OCCs) from reactive monitoring to predictive resolution. By leveraging Generative AI, the system augments human expertise with real-time simulations and regulatory compliance checks, turning chaotic data into actionable, high-velocity insights.
